From concept to shelf, you’ll manage NPD briefs, collaborate with chefs and technical teams, and ensure our ingredients shine. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about food manufacturing, project coordination, and great taste.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT YOU IF:

• You strong experience in product development, process control, or QA within food manufacturing.
• You have a degree in Food Science or a related field.
• You love managing multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
• You’re organised, curious, and passionate about great food and how it’s made.
• You’re confident working with ingredient suppliers and enjoy turning briefs into beautiful, finished products.
• You’re a team player with strong judgement, time management, and creativity.
