Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Develop packaging concepts, label structures, and written copy while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Lead the end-to-end product naming process, including brainstorming, legal review, cross-functional alignment, and final approvals. Build and maintain tracking documents and reports to monitor product performance, innovation pipeline metrics, and market trends. Analyze post-launch performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to recommend optimizations or new product opportunities. Ensure proper documentation, version control, and stakeholder communication across all product development activities. Requirements: Experience in product development, product analysis, consumer insights, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic product decisions. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. Excellent written communication skills for drafting packaging copy, naming rationales, and internal documentation. Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with natural health, supplements, wellness, FMCG, or consumer health products is a plus. Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
