This multifaceted role involves identifying reliable manufacturers, developing new products, enforcing quality control standards, and optimizing procurement and logistics processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to coordinating with suppliers, design teams, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or product development
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with overseas vendors
• Knowledge of quality control standards and production timelines
• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain tools/software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Sourcing new products and establishing relationships with overseas manufacturers
• Negotiating pricing, MOQs, lead times, and contract terms
• Collaborating with design and marketing teams to develop and improve products
• Reviewing samples and ensuring all specifications are met before production
• Enforcing quality control standards and coordinating factory inspections
• Resolving supplier issues and managing logistics and shipment tracking
