The Product Development Specialist will support the EXCELSIOR platform’s product development, focusing on gathering, documenting, and verifying requirements for the support of clinical trials. This role involves collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to confirm that business and technical requirements are met and acting as the primary liaison between SMEs and the development team. The Specialist will be responsible for translating user stories and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 510(k), 21 CFR Part 11, and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a high school diploma, work experience in a health related, biological science, computer science, data entry, customer service or business management field.
A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in health related, biological science, computer science, data entry, customer service or business management field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to follow direction, assess company needs and work independently. Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software, ability to troubleshoot new applications and ability to learn company specific software. Project a professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment.
Experience with clinical trial imaging software and/or familiarity with DICOM standards
Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment. Oral and written communication is clear, concise, and effective. Distinguish between technical and general end-user communication.
