Job Overview As a Product Manager at Waseel, you will own the full product lifecycle for one or more of our SaaS solutions, from discovery to delivery and growth. You will work in a cross-functional squad to build scalable, secure, and user-centric products that solve real problems for healthcare providers and insurers in Saudi Arabia. Your role will be a mix of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution, driving product initiatives that directly impact our mission. Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize product features aligned with Waseel’s vision, business goals, and customer needs. Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across squads. Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation through development, testing, launch, and post-launch evaluations. Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design,and business teams to ensure timely delivery of features. Lead sprint planning and participate actively in daily standups, demos, and retrospectives. Monitor product usage, adoption, and performance metrics through tools and feedback loops. Partner with customer success and sales to improve customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction. Act as the voice of the product internally and externally. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer , Computer Science, or a related field. Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Job Requirements Demonstrated experience in crafting and successfully launching impactful B2B SaaS products. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and enhancing user experience. Familiarity with tools for project management and product development such as JIRA, SQL, is a plus.
