QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medical with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry
Strong product and brand development knowledge, planning and strategy, market research, promotions (ATL & BTL), brand communication, and digital marketing
Understanding of product and process development, with the ability to follow New Product Development processes
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Placement at the Head Office in Jakarta
Prepare and develop new product concepts
Create and implement marketing plans to build brand awareness and support brand image
Conduct research for marketing and product/brand development strategies, including brand awareness, marketing activities, and digital marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand image and awareness
Responsible for branding, positioning, and launching products
