Description Summary Description: Provide engineering support to the product development team, resolving defects and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. Essential Functions: Prepare models to be ready for CNC operations. Assist with corrective actions through tool order entry and scheduling. Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures and quality manual to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products and processes. Supports product development and/or operations team by providing analysis and expertise during the inspection process through customer drawing and specification interpretation. Maintain drawing/print rev list when creating tooling for new product. Update Process Control documents with new processes and photos. Assist in Safety and Environmental Resources Maintain customer casting model files and tooling files. Perform any and all other job-related tasks as assigned Requirements Skills or Experience Required: Must have High School diploma or GED. Must have at least 1 year of Experience Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with customers, product development and customer support. Extensive Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organizations processes
Responsibilities
