THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a skilled Product Development Technologist to join our team at Kilcoy Global Foods in Coominya. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Food Technologist—preferably with experience in raw meat proteins—to manage and oversee the entire New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, from initial concept through to commercialisation.

• Manage in all tasks associated with new product development from concept to commercialisation
• Plan, manage and assist in factory trials involving new product, new equipment and new process
• Research, understand and sourcing of required ingredients
• Plan, formulate and conduct benchtop trials
• Design and conduct product evaluation and sensory analysis
