THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Director to help shape and deliver the future of holidays. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and impact, responsible for turning strategy into execution, empowering product teams, and delivering meaningful outcomes for guests, owners, and the business.
You’ll lead a high performing group of heads of product to help us build a better experience for our guests, owners and to support our ambitious plans around our platform & AI, ensuring each team is focused, empowered, and delivering against clear priorities.
As a trusted partner to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the product vision, scaling our operating model, and building a modern, outcome-driven product organisation that’s set up to win.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead product execution across the group, ensuring teams are solving the right problems in the right way.
  • Coach and develop Heads of Product and Product Managers, setting high standards for discovery, delivery, and communication.
  • Champion a modern product operating model with best practices in planning, prioritisation, estimation, research, KPIs, outcomes, and AI readiness.
  • Translate strategic intent into action, connecting group-wide goals to domain-level objectives and roadmaps.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment with peers in engineering, design, operations, customer support, and marketing.
  • Bring momentum and energy, galvanising teams around shared goals and removing blockers.
  • Foster a culture of transparent, inclusive discovery that connects innovation to commercial outcomes.
  • Model outstanding product leadership behaviours: thoughtful listening, strategic clarity, and decisive execution.
