ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a performance-driven and globally minded Head of User Acquisition to lead the company’s user growth strategy across crypto and fintech products. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing scalable acquisition engines across paid and organic channels to drive sustainable user growth and ROI.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing large-scale acquisition programs and is comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments — especially in Web3 or fintech.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across global markets and multiple channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, ASO)
  • Own and optimize key KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROI, conversion rates
  • Build a high-performing acquisition team, and establish an experimentation culture with rapid iteration
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, local market and brand teams to drive growth loop efficiency
  • Explore crypto-native acquisition levers (airdrop, token incentives, referral programs, ambassador strategies)
  • Build robust attribution models and reporting frameworks for better decision-making
  • Stay on top of market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
