We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Product Enablement Specialist to join our high-performing product team. This new role is essential in bridging the gap between our product and revenue teams by delivering exceptional training, creating exceptional demo environments, and ensuring our go-to-market teams are confident and informed. As a member of the product organization, you will play a key role in scaling product knowledge, driving cross-functional alignment, and improving customer-facing readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in a product enablement, product training, or customer success role (preferably in SaaS or higher ed tech).
• Strong understanding of product development life cycles and go-to-market processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience designing and leading training programs or enablement initiatives.
• Comfortable working across departments and navigating a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with higher education workflows, technologies, and challenges.
• Experience with demo environment management or technical product storytelling.
• Background in tools like Confluence, Jira, Notion, LMS platforms, or CRM systems.

  Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remot

• Develop and deliver recurring training sessions, product deep dives, and office hours for internal teams.
• Ensure consistent, up-to-date product knowledge across revenue teams (implementation, support, sales, marketing & account management).
