ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to exciting growth in our business, we’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our Technical & Engineering team in a newly created role.
As our Product Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and enhancing products and systems that support our modular building solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Management to deliver differentiated, commercially viable products and applications, and collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This role will be based out of our Redbank office and offered as a permanent, full position with flexible work arrangement options. Some travel to customer sites or supplier visits will be required occasionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and continuously improve modular building products.
• Support product strategy, objectives, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production, assembly, and maintenance.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Prepare and maintain detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Drive product improvements based on market feedback and performance data.
