We are looking for Product Engineer - Technical Lead (all genders) for our team!

• As central technical interface to OEM customer from concept phase to SOP for Battery Development, engagement with Customers‘ multi-functional engineering and quality teams
• Responsible for the refinement of cell concepts during Concept Phase in cooperation with global Engineering Organization
• Responsible for alignment of requirement of Cell, BMS SW/HW, FUSA, Validation, mechanical design, thermal management etc.
• After the Project Kick-Off to collaborate with A123 local project manager and acting as primary technical interface to OEMs Engineering Team
• Coordination and Reporting of the development progress
• Maintain scheduled engineering deliveries with support of global engineering team
• Organization of cross-departmental regular appointments including preparation and follow-ups
• Coordination of development measures with the internal development departments including requirements management in IBM DOORS
• Planning, detailing and tracking of the cell/module/pack validation and test schedule, evaluation of the test results
• Support by acquisition of new projects
