Job Description The role includes working in a startup-mode environment. Build fast, scrappy, and high-quality prototypes to validate product ideas and opportunities. Partner with product and business teams to translate concepts into tangible experiments. Balance technical execution with business and product sense - knowing when “good enough” is enough. Use your developer background to explore technical feasibility while pushing toward user and market impact. Identify opportunities where LLMs and emerging technologies can solve real user problems. Move seamlessly between coding, ideating, and testing with real users. Qualifications Strong developer background (3+ years hands-on coding experience). Proven ability to ship prototypes, POCs, or MVPs in fast-paced environments. Solid product and business instincts - able to evaluate whether something is worth building. Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered products is a big plus. Comfortable collaborating across product, design, and engineering. Thrives in ambiguity and knows how to bring clarity through action.
