Job Description

  • Deploy and support development of quality strategy
  • Enable conformity of quality requirements to Series and Pre-series productions
  • Technical contact for Development department to fulfill test requirements in manufacturing according to Bosch directives and procedures.
  • Responsible of risk analysis evaluation to assure and maintain product quality
  • Key enabler for better product/process performance.
  • Validate product quality within component tolerances involving development and PQA.
  • Responsible to support Value stream in regard to product technical issues and product release with high collaboration with design departments.
  • New product introduction, Participate actively with MFE (manufacturing planning) on projects and new releases
  • Fulfill APQP planning: EWAK runs, Pre-PV’s PV, and SOP
  • Develop training material for technicians, product focus, and failure mode analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: B.S. degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge on instrumentation equipment: Oscilloscope, millimeter, frequency analyzer, counters, DSP cards, DATA Acquisition, Test stand, Lab view, Test sequencer. Virtual Instrumentation
  • Full knowledge on electronics: Analog, Digital, communications Protocols: CAN, I2C, and Serial asynchronous and synchronous.
  • Vision system concept
  • Handling and programming Scanners: Data logic, Cognex, Keyence.
  • High and low level programing skills: PC programing C++, C Sharp and related, oriented to object programming.
  • Computer Network skills
  • Database programing and setup.
  • Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
