• Develop and update Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to align with production needs and engineering modifications.
• Administer and maintain key systems like Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP to manage process and material data effectively.
• Support the design and enhancement of rack packaging to ensure assembly readiness.
• Lead the execution of BOM and material changes, coordinating implementation across cross-functional and global teams.
• Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and ensure product quality.
• Take an active role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
• Assist in factory-level New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification efforts.
• Contribute to internal and external ISO audit preparations to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
