YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in technical service support or a similar specialist operational/technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within an established framework
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and product classification
  • Experience in consulting on product specifications and customer requirements
  • Familiarity with competitor product research and process technology analysis
  • Capability to support capability building and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external customer engagement
  • Relevant technical education or professional qualifications in the field

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical service support for products, applications, processes, and major project designs to internal and external customers
  • Conduct condition monitoring and troubleshoot technical programs, products, and applications
  • Provide feedback to design teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of products and applications
  • Support capability building by learning new products and technologies to optimize operational practices and enhance knowledge sharing across the company
  • Assist in quality assurance classification of products
  • Consult on new specification requirements and identify opportunities for customers
  • Research and report on competitor products and process technologies
  • Streamline business processes to increase productivity and reduce unplanned operating costs
  • Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered conditions
