Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in frontend or product engineering Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design Passion for building smooth, beautiful, and high-performance user experiences Experience with testing and version control (Git) Eye for detail and appreciation for design paired with a proactive working style and high ownership Fluent in English (German is a plus) Benefits Attractive compensation + ESOP: Competitive salary plus meaningful equity Ownership from day one: You ship features that customers use every day Speed: We make decisions in hours, not weeks. No politics. No BS.
