As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, resolving, and improving process integration and yield issues in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Perform project management and data analysis to support yield improvement
  • Identify and resolve process integration issues across modules
  • Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
  • Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and address yield concerns
  • Develop and improve test structures for fast and rigorous process characterization
  • Drive continuous improvement plans (CIP) to meet organizational goals
  • Build defect source libraries and perform tool defect fingerprinting
  • Conduct product/process partitioning studies for defect and yield characterization
  • Ensure processes are well documented with failure mode mitigation and detection
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, complying with EHS&S requirements
  • Participate in other projects and assignments as needed
