Description Make an impact where engineering meets craftsmanship. We’re looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of design, problem-solving, and hands-on production. In this role, you’ll help ensure our manufacturing equipment produces high-quality laminated wood components that meet customer specifications every time. You’ll work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to turn customer needs into accurate technical documents, reliable processes, and products we’re proud to ship. What You’ll Do Translate customer requirements, industry standards, and market trends into engineered solutions and accurate technical documentation. Design, model, and prototype new or improved laminated wood products using CAD and 3D modeling tools. Validate product performance through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to keep machines running efficiently and producing quality parts. Develop and maintain technical documents, drawings, specifications, and reports for internal teams and customers. Partner with production teams to ensure machines are set up correctly and processes align with engineering standards. Provide technical guidance and training to sales, production, and customer teams when needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience with product development, testing, or manufacturing engineering (wood products or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus). Strong understanding of engineering principles, CAD modeling, and technical documentation. Ability to analyze problems, think creatively, and collaborate across departments. Familiarity with process improvement, troubleshooting, and production workflows. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
