Description

* Job Description: * This role is responsible for product engineering support for RF clock synthesizers, buffers, jitter cleaners and BAW oscillators. Key responsibility is to own the manufacturability, quality and reliability of devices: * Collaborate and work in a team environment with Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability in all aspects of new product development, production release to accomplish goals and objectives. * Perform evaluation, debug and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet specifications/requirements. * Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root causes of any reliability and qualification failures. * Knowledge of board designing and analyzing large amounts of characterization data for yield analysis and test limits. * Work with process and package technology development to develop and qualify technologies for new process and package development. * Drive cost reduction activities such as burn-in reduction / elimination, test and manufacturing flow optimization, test time and yield enhancements. * Good understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture (ETS364, UltaFlexplus, UltraFlexHD) * Document gaps, lessons learned, and best practices back to NPDE PE teams for better execution on future projects. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by the adoption of best practices and improved processes.
