SUMMARY

Provide engineering support for products through all phases of product development and manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and the start date is immediate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Organization skills necessary to manage multiple assignments and priorities
• Good written and verbal English communication skill and presentation skill
• Very proactive, innovative, team-player, analytical-minded.
• Computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, CAD, etc.

• Coordinate and manage new product introduction schedule and activities, and cross-product issues throughout the product life cycle.
• Work closely with Production during bring-up and production release to drive debug activities, reliability qualification, speed entitlement and yield enhancement.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of new product manufacturing processes.
• Communicate technical product status to management.
• Review factory orders in compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements and sound engineering principles.
• Oversee continuous improvement of existing products
• Assist in resolving production technical issues on products
• Preparing the documents required for the projects including drawings, purchased part specifications, procedures, bills of material and other documents required for the manufacturing of the products.
• Responsible for providing technical support to Sales and Marketing, Warranty Service, Quality Control and Production Departments, Associate Companies and Customers as needed.
• Assist Purchasing Department in sourcing components and raw material, providing specifications and evaluating quality of vendors.
• Maintain Cycle testing jigs and complete test reports with detailed information on product cycle tested.
