Description
Your mission is to ensure that Unum’s "Enterprise Superintelligence platform" translates into a seamless user experience that drives real-world adoption. Are you ready to build the brain of the modern enterprise? Enterprise Superintelligence is the stage where an organization fully integrates AI across its core functions. The result? A collective intelligence that surpasses what humans and machines could ever achieve alone. YOUR IMPACT Engineering Excellence: Build high impact applications and tools that accelerate Unum’s solutions. You’ll apply AI models in novel ways to solve real world customer and internal workflow problems. Product-Led Development: Act as the "voice of the user" within the engineering team. You’ll identify user needs and build technical applications based on these. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship and maintain. UX/UI Design & Implementation: Translate AI capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy product experiences. Own user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns. Agentic Interaction: Design how AI agents present their findings and ask for feedback. WHY YOU Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software/product engineering with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products (being a former founder or early engineer at a start up who built a product from scratch is a big plus!). Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and in building full stack applications (experience with TypeScript and Terraform are a plus). Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure. AI Native: Experienced in building LLM powered workflows using common LLM APIs. Product Mindset: You don't just "build what’s on the ticket." You think about why a feature exists, how it impacts adoption, and how it fits into the broader Unum vision. UX/UI Intuition: You have an eye for clean design and can translate complex data into intuitive workflows. Collaboration: Love taking ownership and working closely with end users to shape 0 → 1 products. WHY ML6 Our 'people first' culture is how we bring innovation to life. We've built a place where we truly love working, and we think you will too. Here’s what you can expect: Impactful work: Join a team dedicated to delivering real-world value and positive change through technology Growth & learning: We invest in your development with opportunities to work on diverse, challenging projects and dedicated learning tracks and opportunities A culture of trust: Thrive in an inclusive environment built on trust and transparent communication, where every voice is heard and valued Rewarding you: We offer an attractive salary package and an optimized benefits program that reflects your expertise and impact.
