REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years in Product/Test Engineering; foundry process experience a plus.
• Strong grasp of digital, RF, and Mixed Signal test concepts.
• Experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
• Skilled in data analysis and tools like JMP, CEDA, DataPower, Optimal+.
• Scripting knowledge (Perl/Java/VBA) and reporting automation is a plus.
• Strong communication; independent worker.

• Support full product lifecycle from development to production release.
• Drive debug, qualification, and yield enhancement with test & production teams.
• Coordinate with customers on test and release requirements.
• Liaise with Foundries, SAT houses for production issue resolution.
• Generate guard bands, test limits, and provide yield/correlation reports.
• Support yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate reduction.
