REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in the LED lighting industry or a related product field
• Strong working knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• In-depth understanding of product design principles
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for documentation accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Product Engineering Associate to help shape the next generation of our award-winning products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Product Engineering Associate, you’ll collaborate with our design and engineering teams to help bring new products from concept to reality. Your time will be split between engineering development, production documentation, and product design—so expect variety, creativity, and a fast pace.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and validation of products, from CAD modeling to prototyping
• Maintain and update ERP/CRM systems with accurate documentation and BOMs to support procurement
• Create technical and support documentation such as:
• Instruction manuals
• Packaging and assembly drawings
• Manufacturing work instructions
