Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5 years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade systems (DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering toolchains, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience in cloud-native development/SaaS or platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile or lean methodologies and iterative delivery models.
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 1+ years of experience with AI/ML or GenAI in an engineering or product context

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Product Engineering Lead to join the Integrated Governance Solutions (IGS) Engineering team, delivering for our internal customers.
This role is instrumental in shaping how we deliver secure, compliant, and user-centric solutions by driving product engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle. As a hands-on technical leader and people manager, you will lead a team of product engineers, working closely with product, platform, and controls teams to turn business needs into impactful, high-quality engineering outcomes.
You will set the tone for agile execution, foster a strong engineering culture grounded in accountability and craftsmanship, and ensure we deliver rapid, reliable, and resilient services. You’ll also play a visible role in mentoring engineers, scaling modern practices such as secure DevOps and CI/CD, and shifting engineering from output-focused to outcome-led delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Product Engineering Execution
  • Own the delivery of high-value features and secure services across the IGS product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Engineer to guide architectural decisions.
  • Be the engineering voice in planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
