JR66606 Product Engineering Manager
To support our DRAM business in Munich we are looking for a Manager of the Product Engineering team, with the following responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the tasks of the team members
- Achieve quality, yield and timeline targets of the project
- Interface with other teams around the globe, as circuit design, design validation, test engineering, quality, supply chain, system engineering, product management
- Manage employee performances and developments, technically and disciplinary, provide recognition, plan further development and new hiring
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate should hold a university master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science, and have already solid experience in leading an engineering team:
- Min 10 years of work experience in semiconductor or electronic industry, in development environment
- Min 5 years of work experience in disciplinary leading a team of development engineers
It is required a technical background in:
- microelectronics
- digital and analog electronics
- electronic measurements techniques
