Job Details Job Location: Legal Address MILW - Milwaukee, WI 53223 Perlick Corporation is looking for a Product Engineering Manager who is responsible for planning and managing the activities of staff who are engaged in product development, change management, CAD modeling and drafting, optimization of product master data, documentation of engineering requirements/specifications, and testing of products, value analysis/value engineering, cost reduction implementation, and general engineering support for other departments. Position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience in Product Development. Alternatively, employer will also accept a Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience in Product Development. In addition, the following specific skills are required: 5 years of experience (3 w/ Master’s Degree) with manufacturing durable good products, or high mix and low volume 5 years of experience (3 w/ Master’s Degree) with coaching, mentoring, leading, developing, training and disciplining associates 5years of experience (3 w/ Master’s Degree) with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel 3 years of experience (1 year w/ Master’s Degree) with CAD, Solid Works modeling 3 years (1 year w/ Master’s Degree) of product development experience for refrigeration and sheet metal products 2 years (1 year w/ Master’s Degree) of technical leadership experience in manufacturing businesses that produce custom products and appliance products 20% domestic and international travel required Please send cover letter and resume, including job history to: Attn: Jamie Boinski, Vice President, Human Resources at8300 West Good Hope Road, Milwaukee, WI 53223 or via email at jamie.boinski@perlick.com.
