The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. America’s leading technology companies are ready to rely on TSMC Arizona for the next generations of chips that will power the digital future.   As a Product Engineering Technician, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.     TSMC Arizona is looking for a Product Engineering Technician to join our advanced node fabs, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As an Assistant Product Engineer, you will demonstrate strong proficiency in assisting engineers’ efficiency. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with nationwide cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow, assisting with sample/wafer delivery on campus to facilitate seamless wafer physical checks, tracking key experiments to enhance manufacturing excellence, arrange chip-probing (CP) priority and sharing logistics loading to improve the engineering team's efficiency.   Responsibilities: Organize and update daily tracking table for incoming key wafers. Handle wafer site to site transfer logistics. Communicate with CP test arrangement team nationwide to ensure swift and accurate engineering test process. Assist engineers in collecting and organizing data. Assist engineers in in compare system document.                 Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Associate degree (A.A.S.) in Science / Engineering / Technology Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. Interpersonal Skills: Must be organized and efficient in handling data files. Able to work independently and prioritize your tasks on-hand to meet deadlines. Able to learn and operate various logistical systems. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced working environment. Basic PC skills (MS Windows OS and MS Office) are required. Physical Requirements: This position may require sitting or standing at a workstation or desk for prolonged durations. This position may require frequent use of hands and fingers is required for typing, writing, operating small tools and devices, handling office equipment, or performing repetitive tasks. This position may require the ability to read documents, computer screens, and other written materials, with or without corrective lenses. This position may require the ability to move about the office environment to retrieve files, attend meetings, or access office equipment.
