• Lead the lifecycle of cybersecurity products and services, from concept to market, ensuring offerings remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs.
• Drive market intelligence initiatives by identifying trends, customer pain points, and partnership opportunities to shape medium- and long-term business strategies.
• Partner with operations, delivery, and sales teams to design tailored solutions, pricing models, and service-level agreements that strengthen customer retention and acquisition.
• Champion continuous improvement by enhancing product quality, refining go-to-market strategies, and developing innovative business cases that support sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in tech solutions .
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and solutions.
