JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Executive plays a key role in supporting the Managed Investment team to deliver high quality investment solutions and operational excellence in a timely manner. The role involves coordinating and supporting product initiatives, ensuring efficient operational workflows and regulatory compliance. The candidate is expected to be a strong team player with a keen eye on details, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary education in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline preferred
  • 1-3 years’ working experience in Private Banking, asset management or financial services preferred
  • CACS 1 & 2, CMFAS (Modules 1B, 3 & 5), or other certifications as required
  • Good understanding of investment products, portfolio management and regulatory environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) Support Services and Fund Administration
  • Assist in end-to-end product lifecycle management from idea generation, structuring, approvals, launch and ongoing maintenance
  • Provide DPM support services, including trade execution and reconciliation, documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate and support product development and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in product documentation and operational workflows
  • Maintain accurate records of product data and updates in internal systems
  • Prepare periodic presentations, product materials and reports
  • Assist in stakeholder engagements and sales support
  • Work with system and process owners to implement enhancements to achieve desired operational outcome
  • Participate and contribute to other ad-hoc projects as required
