Description
* Conduct customer visits when assigned, and relay outcome of visit to SalesManager.  * Follow up with assigned customers to assist SalesManager in securing sales orders.  * Assist SalesManager in identifying customer needs and propose possible solutions.  * Assist SalesManager in evaluating and analyzing customer complaints.   * Provide input to SalesManager regarding forecast in order to assist where applicable.  * Identify any cross-selling opportunities within the assigned accounts and suggest to SalesManager.   * Collect payments to maintain receivables aging and DSO ratios within the approved credit limits.   * Assist SalesManager in converting assigned prospects to Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs), and later into customers.   * Collect feedback on competitor activities from the field, and relay to SalesManager to build and update competitor profile.  * Seek new ideas and remain updated on latest trends, technologies and processes within the field.    
Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager by conducting customer visits, securing sales orders, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Manage account receivables and collect field intelligence on competitor activities to update market profiles.
