Job Summary Join our team as a Product Experience Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in UX consulting and design systems to enhance our product offerings. With a focus on cards and payments you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact our global customer base. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of user experiences that align with our business objectives and customer needs. Oversee the development of design systems that ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Provide UX consulting services to internal teams guiding them in best practices for user-centered design. Collaborate with product managers and developers to create responsive web designs that enhance user engagement. Utilize Figma and Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes and design patterns. Conduct heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and recommend improvements. Develop creative design solutions for websites and apps that align with our brand identity. Implement visual design elements and fundamentals to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Manage the creation and maintenance of design systems ensuring they are scalable and adaptable. Conduct information architecture and interaction design to optimize user navigation and experience. Apply visual branding techniques to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. Engage in product design activities that focus on enhancing the user experience for cards and payments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to deliver high-quality design solutions. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Experience Design POV and UX Consulting. Demonstrate expertise in Design System Management and Creation. Proficient in Figma Adobe XD and Adobe Photoshop. Skilled in UI Design Patterns and Responsive Web Design. Knowledgeable in Visual Design Elements and Fundamentals. Experienced in Creative Design for Websites and Apps. Familiar with Information Architecture and Interaction Design. Domain expertise in Cards and Payments is essential.
