Overview

Mastercard’s digital payments strategy is accelerating the transition from card payments to digital payments, using mobile phones and other devices to support issuers, merchants, and wallet providers. Consumers are expanding their range of digital activity across channels/devices every day, and you can be a key contributor in driving this evolution.
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Product Experience Designer to join our Mastercard Digital Enablement Services (MDES) Product & Engineering team at Mastercard, with a primary focus on B2B customer onboarding and self-service journey. This includes initiatives that optimize the customer (internal and external) experience and support the scaling of MDES.
Role
This role is situated within the Product and Engineering group at Mastercard, and will report to the VP, Product Management within MDES Onboarding Services.
As an individual contributor this role does not have direct reports but will require skills in UX project planning and experience with UX project management. Should be comfortable scoping, planning, and executing large design efforts as well as small rapid product feature enhancements, and driving UX & UI initiatives while also tackling a robust volume of backlog items.
You will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies and UX & UI, primarily for the MDES customer onboarding and portfolio management B2B applications, and could also include work on other large/complex B2B web applications.
