We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.
SAP is defining the future of sovereign cloud infrastructure for public sector and highly regulated industries – with unparalleled security, flexibility, and scale. This is where innovation meets execution – and we are looking for a stellar Technical Product Manager to be part of our journey. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you play a vital role in the Product Enablement team within SAP Sovereign Cloud. In this role, you will utilize your extensive network to enable HCM solutions to seamlessly fit into the Sovereign Cloud portfolio.

  • Your excellent relationship into engineering and management of SuccessFactors will enable you to influence their product backlog ensuring Sovereign Cloud requirements are prioritized.
  • You will help to enable additional requirements (e.g. scratch-install automation, operations harmonization, security hardening) upstream into the HCM product team, relieving our own engineers from repetitive tasks.
  • Facilitate scrum agile development methodology by leading standups.
  • Review Test Automation framework enhancements and provide technical guidance.
  • Supporting and mentoring teams on Automation framework usage for Microservices validation.
  • Monitor the test Test data management for SuccessFactors products – to enable it for CI / CD across organization

  • Participate in roadmap discussions.
  • Facilitate e2e feature enablement and testing initiatives.
  • Facilitate intake and maintenance of automation testing framework, and validation methodologies.

  • Deep technical knowledge about HCM components and dependencies
  • Technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem base products such as BTP and Gardener
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
  • Strong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
