Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.com What You Will Do Reporting to our Product Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll handle essential fulfillment operations that ensure MASA members receive the materials and service they deserve. In this role, you will: Organize and analyze all return-to-sender mail and bad address files, tracking and reporting data to the Fulfillment Supervisor. Assist with monthly invoice processing by filtering fulfillment orders and booking expenses to the appropriate sales channels. Perform accurate data entry and provide transactional support related to member fulfillment. Communicate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Manage and resolve all incoming Fulfillment Jira tickets daily. What You Bring High school diploma or GED required; at least two years of customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism in member interactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple systems. Fast and precise data entry skills with a commitment to accuracy. Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities. A proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with MASA’s values of compassion and service.
