EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be a core element of our strategy deployment by supporting rapid new product introductions and expand our delivery capabilities.
  • Support the on-going management and continued development of a large third-party fulfilment network across product categories for the ANZ region.
  • Become a power user of our Product and Fulfilment tools and own the end-to-end process of integrating third-party fulfillers on our platforms, create products, update SKUs and manage delivery services.
  • Analysis and reporting on the performance of our fulfilment network to include monthly reconciliations and invoicing.
  • Monitor the performance of our internal and external fulfillers, proactively acting with them to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution of those.
