We’re looking for a Product Gamification Intern who wants to build real product features — not presentations. Your mission: design gamification mechanics that improve retention, daily practice habits, and long-term learning engagement. What You’ll Do Design gamification systems (streaks, rewards, challenges, levels, progression) Launch rapid product experiments with the core team Track retention metrics (D1, D7, D30), practice frequency, and engagement Support A/B tests and iterate quickly based on results Research top gamified learning apps and translate insights into experiments Who You Are Interested in product, growth, behavioral psychology, or edtech Curious about how learning apps build daily habits Analytical and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup Eager to take ownership and see your ideas go live Why Join Us Work directly with founders and the core product team Ship features used by millions of learners Hands-on experience in real experimentation and retention growth Join a startup backed by $6.7M in funding from top-tier VCs
