Okoora is a global Embedded FX Infrastructure company. We build financial infrastructure that helps businesses operate globally with multi-currency payments, FX execution, and automated financial workflows without requiring them to become FX experts. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Product Growth Manager to own growth for our B2B self-serve motion. This is a pure individual contributor role focused on product-led growth. There is no people management, no agencies, and no external execution layer. You will be responsible for turning traffic and interest into activated, engaged users, measured by signup growth, activation, and time-to-value. What You Will Do Own product-led growth across the self-serve funnel (Signup → Activation → Active Use). Identify and remove friction points in onboarding and early product usage. Design and run fast, experiment-driven growth tests. Create growth assets hands-on: messaging, microcopy, short videos, landing pages. Use AI tools daily to generate variants, accelerate testing, and improve conversion. Work closely with Product and Data to connect experiments to measurable outcomes. Requirements Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Growth, PLG, or self-serve growth roles. Proven experience improving signup, activation, or onboarding funnels. Strong English writing skills for product messaging and microcopy. Ability to work independently end-to-end. Practical, daily use of AI tools in growth workflows. Strong experimentation mindset and comfort with fast iteration. Advantages Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or self-serve products. Experience working on onboarding, activation, or product funnels. Clear portfolio of growth experiments or before/after improvements.
