Description Summary: The product handlers at the 14 mile warehouse unload and put up all inbound product. They will also pull and load product being transferred to the Auburn Hills DC. Job Responsibilities: Unload and receive inbound containers, live loads, and drop and hook trucks Unload transfer trucks from Auburn Hills Inbound product put away Pull, stage, and load product being transferred to Auburn Hills Inventory cycle counts (when needed) Take direction from manager on any special projects that may come up Maintain a clean work area Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities or who reports to this position. Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as Hi-Lo’s, Tuggers, Scanners, Hand-trucks, etc. Dress according to weather. Safety toe footwear required. Requirements Physical Demands: The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bending Qualifications needed to perform this position: Must be 18 years of age or older. Hard work ethic Ability to stay productive without constant supervision Flexibility to adjust to different tasks throughout the week Ability to work weekends Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, set scheduled working either AM or PM based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Product handlers are responsible for unloading and receiving all inbound product from containers, live loads, and drop and hook trucks at the warehouse. They also manage the pulling, staging, and loading of product being transferred to the Auburn Hills DC, alongside performing inventory cycle counts when required.
