THE OPPORTUNITY We are searching for a Product Health Coordinator to join our growing operations at our Corporate office in Reserve, Louisiana. YOU The Product Health Coordinator role is responsible for growing and maintaining Customer Service Agreements and Preventive Maintenance Contracts. This is a fast-paced, challenging position tasked with monitoring service work in progress as well as developing and maintaining the sales/service relationship with customers through our Product Health Team. The Product Health Coordinator will utilize the latest technology offerings in the industry to proactively detect and resolve customer machine and engine issues. The implementation of these tasks allows us to generate additional value for our customers by reducing life cycle cost and allowing them to capitalize on additional opportunities.
