Position: Product Implementation Advisor (Concierge HV)

Location: Hybrid – Field and home based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week

THE POSITION
As part of Odevo, Dwellant are looking for an experienced concierge to provide support to users of Concierge HV. Concierge HV is a high-volume management system used in residential and commercial buildings to handle packages, keys, and visitors efficiently through automation, security, and digital tracking.
You will be part of a team installing and delivering application support, ensuring SLAs are met whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service and building good relations with our users.
