Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Implementation Analyst will introduce our time and attendance platform, Workforce Ready (WFR) Time Labor Management (TLM) to prospects and existing clients, as well as offer setup and support. The candidate must possess the ability to oversee client implementations, configurations, and support our clients using Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) WFR products. The Product Implementation Analyst must understand the business, operational, and technical requirements of each project. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter.
Company Overview:
AlphaStaff is owned by its management team, giving it the freedom to drive long-term value through a combination of human resources consulting and execution. With a diagnostic approach, we work to identify client-specific needs related to talent management, compliance, technology and insurance. We then deliver to clients an execution roadmap of creative, flexible and tailored solutions that are ready for implementation. Success is measured by an overall reduction in client’s exposure to employment-related liability, reduction in the client’s cost of labor, enrichment of the client’s employee benefits offerings, and an increase in the impact of employee recruitment, retention and productivity.
About Our Company Culture:
We are a results-driven organization. Collaboration, clear communication and accountability are essential attributes to our success. We believe in organizational alignment and cultivate an environment where team members are respected every step of the way. Our business philosophy is simple – we set attainable goals, assign ownership, hold stakeholders accountable, track progress and measure outcomes.
Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Implement new software solutions, configuration changes, and interfaces.
  • Introduce the time and attendance platform to prospects and existing clients via demo.
  • Use the UKG implementation tools to facilitate discovery sessions with clients and consult on system configurations, scope, and use creativity and commitment to resolve issues.
  • Stay abreast of WFR enhancements, updates, and new configuration settings to promote value-driven opportunities for AlphaStaff’s UKG user base.
  • Proactively and strategically promote and implement such enhancements, updates, and new configuration settings.
  • Perform system configuration/development changes necessary to develop and/or maintain time and attendance environments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the testing of UKG configuration and integrated solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting for time and attendance issues.
  • Follow resolution and escalation procedures based on problem severity and impact.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide UKG product and subject matter expertise to client.
  • Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2-4 years combined equivalent of work experience and education.
  • 3+ years of experience in UKG implementations as a functional or technical consultant.
  • Project knowledge of integrating UKG / Prism systems.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills to provide out-of-the-box UKG client solutions, workflows, and configurations.
  • Ability to multi-task between different projects and clients.
  • Ability to perform UKG product demos and facilitate trainings to administrators and end users.
  • Experienced in creating UKG job aids and user documentation.
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision.
  • Confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
