Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, design, and implement technology driven enhancements to product management processes, with a focus on reducing manual processes, increasing automation, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Support the uplift of governance practices by embedding improvements into the Product Lifecycle Framework, managing compliance requirements and proactively identifying areas of operational risk.
  • Collaborate with teams to align improvements with strategic goals, share insights, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Products and Analysis teams.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE’D LOVE YOU TO HAVE:

  • Proven experience in process improvement and product governance, ideally within financial services
  • An understanding of product lifecycle frameworks and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology enabled process enhancements
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
  • Deep working knowledge of digital tools and automation technologies to drive productivity
  • High level verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative working style
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving change and innovation
  • Experience working with data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related (desirable)
    We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance, in a local Head Office.
    This is a Permanent, Full-time position based at any of our head office locations.
