Drive product development from recipe review through pilot trials to first production batch, using both new and existing technologies and create corresponding manufacturing instructions. Act as a technical expert aligning process capability for large scale execution, enabling introduction of new technologies, supporting and leading site-level initiatives and driving process improvements. Support post-launch reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with creators to optimize formulations to achieve “design for manufacturing” purpose. YOU BRING Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent expertise gained through experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment within the food ingredients (flavors) industry - this is a must. Solid knowledge of manufacturing practices, process safety analysis, and job safety analysis. SAP knowledge is a plus, as well as certification in Six Sigma or experience with Lean methodology. Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Continuous improvement mindset; skilled at analyzing and solving problems while fostering collaboration. Autonomous and rigorous team player, with strong communication skills to interact across all levels of the organization, share information effectively, and deliver impactful presentations. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
