Job Title Product industrialization project manager Job Description Job Profile Summary: The Product Industrialization Project Manager 50 is responsible for implementing manufacturing process development and lean manufacturing methodologies, handling low complexity projects and improving efficiency throughout the production lifecycle, working under general supervision. The role releases Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM), facilitates seamless integration of product specifications and ensures efficient execution of manufacturing processes. The role develops and improves processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems within the PDLM cycle, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes. The role optimizes the product industrialization process, ensures seamless transition from design to mass production, maximizes efficiency and minimizes production challenges. Job Responsibilities: Exercises judgment within defined procedures/practices to determine appropriate action, applying analytical skills to resolve low complexity requests efficiently, implements process development activities specifically tailored for low complexity projects to streamline procedures, enhance efficiencies, and ensure optimal outcomes within the defined project scope. Applies Lean Manufacturing principles and implements Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) methodologies within the Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) processes, focusing on low complexity projects to enhance productivity and optimize outcomes in the production environment through continuous improvement methodologies. Adheres to process requirements derived from product specifications provided by I&D, as well as manufacturing requirements, and aligns process and equipment capabilities with the specified criteria. Releases Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) and routes Master data, facilitating seamless integration of product specifications and ensuring efficient execution of manufacturing processes. Executes processes and standards, ensuring strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements, alongside local laws, company general business principles, and other relevant policies. Implements design changes within factories and at supplier sites, guided by PDLM-managed projects, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to standards and timelines throughout the process. Adheres to the relevant processes governing product introductions, qualifications, and releases specifically tailored for low complexity projects. Minimum Required Qualifications: No prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Industrial Automation or equivalent.
