JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary: Responsible for developing products and solutions in the 5G private networks and Edge Connectivity area for Business customers, this includes the responsibility of end-to-end product creation and support especially for industry customers, Go to Market including Market analysis for the 5G edge product portfolio, product positioning in various voerticals , Business development for products like 5G slicing that may include new business models, Pricing, Planning, sales channels, Processes, and support Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
“Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and connectivity requirements. Analyze customers business and operations requireements to identify opportunities for 5G solutions like private network and 5G Slicing.
2.Solution Development:
Work closely with vendors and engineering teams to create tailored 5G solutions that integrate with customers’ existing IT ecosystems. Ensure solutions meet technical, operational, and financial criteria.
3.Customer Alignment:
Lead customer engagements to finalize solution architectures, provide technical guidance, and address potential integration challenges.
4.Technical Presentations & Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and technical proposals that effectively communicate the value and feasibility of target 5G solutions.
5.Vendor Engagement:
Manage relationships with vendors to source appropriate devices and platforms especially for target verticals . Participate in RFP processes to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality deliverables.
6.Collaboration with Sales Teams:
Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical insights, assisting in deal closures, and addressing customer concerns.
7.Market Insights:
Expertise on industrial trends and requirements specially for the target verticals od Ports, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, public safety
8.Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Provide technical training to sales and pre-sales teams. Share insights and best practices to enhance their ability to sell and support 5G solutions.
9.Business development & customer influence:
Actively seek customer engagements to develp the 5G indutry networks.Build relationships with influencers and decision makers on customer’s side.”
Qualifications:
Education: Post-Graduation/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields
Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution design, and customer engagement, with a focus on telecommunications and Industy vertical integration.
