JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant & Product Information Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you’ll support the Operations Manager in daily business activities while also primarily focusing on optimizing our product data across platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is both process-driven and tech-savvy, with a passion for operational excellence and data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in operations support, supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and database tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in e-commerce or retail a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred but not required)
