We are an innovative and fast-growing beauty tech brand that wants to innovate the shaving and body-care industry and that loves to break today's standards. We are looking for a Product Innovation & International Expansion Intern to support our product development process and growth across international markets. You will help coordinate with suppliers and labs, maintain product documentation, conduct market analysis, and support our international distributors and key accounts. You'll work at the intersection of product innovation and global expansion, collaborating closely with the CEO, marketing team, and international partners. Important information Internship position with potential growth opportunities Hybrid: smart-working + 2 days per week in our Milan office (Romolo – green metro line) Fluent Italian & English required Compiti Conduct competitor analysis and product benchmarking to identify trends, whitespace, and innovation opportunities. Support the creation of product briefs for new launches, including both technical and conceptual input. Coordinate with suppliers, labs, and packaging partners (samples, timelines, follow-ups). Maintain Notion/documentation repositories clean, structured, and up to date (samples, feedback, supplier info, assets). Review and organize product claims, technical sheets, and regulatory documentation to ensure alignment with brand positioning. Coordinate internal and external testing sessions and collect structured feedback. Assist with product storytelling, packaging input, and go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing team. Work closely with the CEO to support international distributors and key accounts partners across 15 markets. Monitor international partners sell-in/sell-out data and prepare performance reports. Analyze market trends, reorder patterns, and growth opportunities across different geographies. Review distributor marketing plans (digital, retail, PR) and follow up on execution. Support coordination of international launches: timelines, materials, assets, product readiness. Requisiti Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related fields. Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and product development. Fluent Italian & English writing and speaking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - you enjoy clear structure, documentation, and workflows. Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers, reports, and spreadsheets. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn how products are created end-to-end and how a brand grows internationally. Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of timelines. Solid knowledge of Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Notion is a plus. Previous experience (even short) in product development, operations, or beauty companies is a strong plus.
