Wall Colmonoy Ltd has been making metals work harder since 1938. We melt, coat, join, cast and engineer metals for enhancing the wear life and operating performance of engineered components within all engineering sectors.
This role is Product Integration Engineer, a role which is integral to the business, where the candidate will be expected to develop the role and be a key owner of the product development and delivery
The candidate will have a clear goal of driving safe, profitable growth for the business, through creative and innovative solutions to Product and Process design, following a flexible product introduction phase-gate process, whilst utilising ‘Lean principles’ to maximise both process effectiveness and efficiency. The candidate will have a 1st class customer focused mindset to represent our business on a world stage.
Degree educated, or equivalent, with the ability to work effectively within the commercial and operational environments with strong communication skills demonstrating the ability to adapt to audience, internal or external.

    Hours of work – 38 hours
    08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Thursday; 08.00 – 14.30 Friday
    (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
    Salary dependent on experience.
